Gift Code: the 8-character code you were given (from a multi-pack, a reseller or another source) — letters and numbers, no spaces.
Teachers Pay Teachers: you don’t need a code here. Your complete download (usually without personalization) is on TpT itself.
Once your Order ID or Gift Code is confirmed, you'll be able to review (and edit, if personalization is included) the name and message before your file is generated. You'll then download a ZIP file containing your print-ready PDF book and a User Manual — plus, for coloring and maze books, the offline app.

Using a Gift Code and it's not working? Double-check every character — codes never use the letters O, I, L, or U (to avoid confusion with 0/1), so if your code seems to need one of those, re-check against where you got it from. Still stuck? Contact us.
